Since assuming the role of CEO in 2014, Wendy has spearheaded Dove House’s growth and success, including the establishment of a second location in Dubois County, securing substantial grants, and expanding the nonprofit’s budget and team. Her strategic initiatives have enabled Dove House to

achieve Level 4 recovery residence status and be recognized as the “Recovery Residence of the Year” by Mental Health America of Indiana in 2019.
